We are glad to offer you spaceful and comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathroom and shower, in our just renovated b&b close to Termini railways station.
We finished to renovate our b&b in October 2006. We offer you very new rooms, fornitures and bathrooms. Moreover, we clean all rooms and common parts every day, so you will find a b&b really impeccable.
Andrea, the guy that will welcomes you, is very friendly and helpfull: he will suggest you everytime a good restaurant, or a place to visit, or everything you need.

From Merulana B&B you can reach on foot the most important places and monuments in Rome, such as Colosseo, Imperial Forums, Circo Massimo, S.Maria Maggiore basilica and San Giovanni in Laterano cathedral.
In its neightbourhood, you will find a lot of shops, a famous theater (Brancaccio), many good restaurants and pizzerie. Moreover there are a couple of wonderfull ice-cream shops in a walking distance... Ask to Andrea, the guy that will welcomes you, how to reach them...

Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport:
- you can take the train. Direction: Termini station ("Leonardo
Express" train is available every 30 minutes).
From Termini Railways Station (walking):
- you have to go out Termini station from "Via Giovanni
Giolitti" side;
- cross the road in front of "Mc Donald" and
continue to walk on your left. Turn the first on your
right and then go too straight untill S.Maria Maggiore
church;
- from the square of this church, it starts 'via Merulana'
road. Walk through this street keeping the right side
untill the number 183.
- !Please buzz the bell on your LEFT side at 'STAIR B,
INTERNAL 6, PICA'.
From Termini Railways Station
(by underground - !in these months closed from work in
progress):
- take the underground line A (Red Line) direction 'ANAGNINA'
untill 'MANZONI' stop;
- go outside the underground station and walk through
'via Labicana' direction Colosseum.
- turn on your right at the first traffic light in 'via
Merulana';
- Merulana B&B is located at the number 183.

From Tiburtina Station:
- you have to take the (Blue) B Line tube untill "TERMINI
Station" stop.
From "G.R.A" by car:
- coming to Rome by all motorways, you have to overtake
the G.R.A and go on until exit "TANGENZIALE EST";
- go along this road untill the end, then follow the indications
to San Giovanni in Laterano church;
- turn on your left at the traffic light in front of San
Giovanni church, then turn on your right in 'via Merulana'
at the next traffic light;
- Merulana B&B is located at the number 183.
